Get to Know Us—In Person! A campus visit is the best way to experience what makes Florida Poly unique:

FUN FACT – The iconic Innovation, Science, and Technology (IST) Building is the centerpiece of Florida Poly’s campus. Designed by world-famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, this 162,000-square-foot, white-domed structure is both a marvel of design and function, holding 23 architectural awards from regional to international levels. The building’s signature feature is a louvered roof system that can move to bring natural light into the second-floor atrium. Its unique oval shape is surrounded by curved metal pergolas, offering shade along the outer terrace and walkways.

Nestled in Lakeland, Florida Poly is conveniently located along Interstate 4 (I-4) between Tampa and Orlando.

Lakeland serves as a central hub for exploring the best that Central Florida has to offer. Game Expo

Dec. 7 • 8:30 A.M. – 3 P.M.

Check out Florida Poly’s Game Expo! This unique event allows you to explore our student-created video games—everything from VR adventures to fast-paced shooters and dungeon crawlers. Play their games, give feedback, and chat with the creators about their Florida Poly experience and future goals. Plus, tour campus, get inspired and experience life as a future student.

Daytime Tours

Mon, Wed, Fri • 10 A.M. or 2 P.M.

Join us for a daytime tour and experience a day in the life at Florida Poly! Led by a student guide, you’ll explore our stunning campus, tour state-of-the-art facilities, classrooms, and residence halls, and get all your questions answered along the way. Your visit will include a 30-minute information session followed by a 90-minute walking tour (rain or shine).

Twilight Tours

Tue., Nov. 19 or Tue. Dec. 3 • 7 – 9 P.M.

Explore Florida Poly at twilight! These special evening tours provide a convenient way to experience our campus after hours. Following a brief presentation, you’ll embark on a 90-minute guided walk, touring select academic buildings, residence halls, dining facilities, and our recreation center.
